Jeremy and Shannon joined the BVCC staff in July 2008. Shannon directs ministry to children through 5th grade. Jeremy directs ministry to middle school and high school youth.

Justin leads the BVCC family in corporate worship through music. He is currently a music student at The University of Indianapolis.

Kindra's primary responsibility is to keep Jeff straight. When not doing that she produces the programs, maintains church records, and performs other administrative duties.
